To supply underserved participants in the municipality of Satteldorf, the district of Schwäbisch-Hall will build an FTTB/H fiber optic network using federal and state subsidies. For this purpose, the necessary construction services must be commissioned, in particular surveying work, civil engineering services in open and closed construction, drawing and injection services, infrastructure services, especially the construction of network technology, energy services and fiber optic assembly work.

For this purpose, the necessary construction services must be commissioned, in particular surveying work, civil engineering services in open and closed construction, drawing and injection services, infrastructure services, especially the construction of network technology, energy services and fiber optic assembly work. The achievements must be documented in accordance with the applicable funding regulations.

Funding is provided on the basis of the Funding Guideline for Supporting Broadband ExPANSION in the Federal Republic of Germany of October 22, 2015 in the version of November 15, 2019 (“Federal Funding Directive”) and the state funding of the state of Baden-Württemberg after the VwV Broadband Financing of January 30, 2019 (Ministry of Home Affairs, Digitalization and Migration — Allowance Notice dated 21.01.2021). The provisions of these funding guidelines and administrative regulations as well as the framework regulation of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the establishment of nationwide Next Generation Access (NGA) broadband coverage from June 15, 2015 must be complied with. The preliminary federal funding decision dated 26.06.2020 is attached as Annex A and the State's grant decision dated 21.01.2021 is attached as Annex B.
