Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Lincolnshire Community Health Service and Lincolnshire Sexual Health Services have a requirement for pharmacy services.

The Contract will be to provide Pharmaceutical Services to Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS). 2.1 The Contractor must adhere to GPhC standards for registered premises and hold appropriate registration(s) for their premises and all staff must be professionally registered, trained and competent, and/ or adequately supervised and adhere to the GPhC standards for pharmacy professionals.
