1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: management of municipal waste from the city of Kwidzyn from the owners of real estate on which residents live and organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Kwidzyn. 2. The contract was divided into the following parts: Task No. 1 - management of municipal waste from the area of the city of Kwidzyn from the owners of real estate on which residents live Task No. 2 - organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Kwidzyn 3. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or two tasks. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes A and B to the SWZ.

The Contractor will accept waste collected from households located in the city of Kwidzyn also collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kwidzyn. Waste will be separately collected and properly managed. The type and code of the waste transferred must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 02.01.2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10). 3. Waste collected from households will be transported to the municipal waste treatment installation by a company acting on behalf of the Ordering Party. 4. Waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Kwidzyn will be transported to the municipal waste treatment installation by the entity operating PSZOK. 5. The Contractor shall manage the delivered waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy indicated in the Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). 6. The Contractor will accept waste delivered to the installation on the basis of completed waste transfer cards in the BDO system.

1.1. The subject of the contract is the service of creating and running in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024 a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) by accepting municipal waste provided by the residents of the city of Kwidzyn and managing municipal waste collected in PSZOK, as well as comprehensive service of the bottle machine located at Słowackiego Street in Kwidzyn. 1.2. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the proper management of municipal waste collected in PSZOK in accordance with the provisions of law in force in this respect. The Contractor will be obliged to manage the municipal waste collected in PSZOK in a manner consistent with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
