1. emptying different types of waste bins within the municipality of Zaltbommel and keeping the immediate surroundings clean (1 meter around the waste bins);

2. cleaning certain hotspots with a lot of litter;

3. emptying waste bins two days a week (Tuesday and Saturday) and at the same time cleaning up litter in and around the market in Zaltbommel;

4. the replacement of the area coordinators of the municipality of Zaltbommel on demand.

However, working with several contractors for this type of equivalent work means that more time must be spent on keeping an overview, making agreements and checking the work performed.

Due to the need for an overview, unambiguous tasks, responsibilities and powers, unambiguous management and an efficient and economic performance of activities, it has been decided to market the tasks listed below in a single tender.

The approach with one specification and one contractor is therefore based on an important starting point, namely unburdening the client.

This specification consists of several parts, namely:

1. emptying different types of waste bins within the municipality of Zaltbommel and keeping the immediate surroundings clean (1 meter around the waste bins); the RAW specifications describe which waste bins are involved and where they are located within the municipality of Zaltbommel;

2. cleaning certain hotspots with a lot of litter; the RAW specifications indicate where these hotspots are located;

3. emptying waste bins two days a week (Tuesday and Saturday) and at the same time cleaning up litter on and around the location of the market to be held on those days in the center of Zaltbommel; these activities must be carried out after the market has ended;

4.the replacement of the area coordinators of the municipality of Zaltbommel on demand, if they are absent due to leave, illness or otherwise, whereby the activities referred to under the first bullet must be carried out within the area of an area coordinator during his absence. so normally not within the scope of the assignment).
