The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the commune of Kleszczów from inhabited properties and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
The scope of the contract includes:
a) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
b) Maintenance and operation of the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point;
c) Organise the collection of large waste including collection, transport and management of waste once during each half-year of the contract (in spring and autumn) individually prior to the inhabited property.
d) Providing owners of inhabited property for the duration of the order of waste containers adapted for mechanical emptying — equipping with containers for the duration of the contract.
e) Collection and management of waste selectively collected in public areas.
1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

2.The contracted services should be provided in a way that ensures that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and in a way that reduces the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lodz Voivodeship for the years 2019-2025, taking into account the years 2026-2031 adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Lodz Voivodeship and Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Kleszczów.
Mixed municipal waste, waste arising in the process of mechanical-biological processing of mixed municipal waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for storage, selectively collected green waste and other bio-wastes The Contractor is obliged to transfer to regional installation or replacement regional municipal waste treatment plant according to the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lodz Voivodeship for the years 2019-2025, taking into account the years 2026-2031 adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Lodz Voivodeship.
The Contractor is obliged to perform the service in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment dated 11.01.2013 on detailed requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122).
