Winter and post-winter cleaning of municipal streets in the Białołęka District and collecting the removal of mud, snow, ice and other debris from sidewalks.

The detailed scope of the service and the conditions for its implementation are contained in the model contract with attachments.

The subject of the contract is winter and post-winter cleaning of municipal streets in the Białołęka District and collecting, getting rid of mud, snow, ice and other impurities from sidewalks.

The scope and type of work includes:

a) ploughing - scooping snow, a procedure causing the passability of roads, in conditions of snowfall above 5 cm. Flushing with a plow a strip 2.5 m wide,

b) sprinkling with a mixture of sodium chloride: in the amount of 20 to 30 g per 1m2 as a treatment preventing slippery conditions on roadways and in conditions of black ice,

c) sprinkling streets with sand,

d) collecting and disposing of mud, snow, ice and other debris from pavements,

e) round-the-clock communication,

(f) ensuring supervision of the proper performance of the tasks covered by the contract,

g) providing an adequate number of people and equipment necessary to perform the contract and ensuring the start of snow removal at the request (response time) of the Ordering Party in a maximum time of 120 minutes. The response time is a criterion for the evaluation of offers in accordance with point 8 of the SWZ. After obtaining the order, the Contractor offers a response time of 60 minutes (minimum response time), 90 minutes (indirect response time) to 120 minutes (maximum response time),

h) completes the commissioned work within 5 hours,

i) observation of atmospheric phenomena and obtaining atmospheric forecasts on their own

and the transmission of this information to the Ordering Party,

j) observation of the condition of street surfaces entrusted to them, applying for the launch of individual activities,

k) carrying out works in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law,

(l) marking of vehicles used for work covered by this contract in accordance with legal requirements,

m) providing the amount of equipment indicated by the Ordering Party, including plough vehicles, so as to be able to carry out winter street cleaning in the area of the municipality covered by the tender. Applied

For winter street cleaning, the equipment should not cause damage to the surface of snow-cleared facilities and should not pose a threat to users. In the event of equipment failure, its replacement should be carried out in such a way that the break in the maintenance of winter street cleaning is not longer than 60 minutes from the discovery of the failure.
