The agreement covers statutory sampling and analysis of samples taken on drinking water and groundwater (lot 1), wastewater (lot 2) and samples of sludge and leachate (lot 3).  In addition, there will be additional, urgent and emergency tests. 

The supplier shall be responsible for sampling or collection, transport and analysis of the samples. In addition, quality assurance of the results must be carried out before reporting to the authorities and the companies.

The agreement concerns sampling/collection of samples and analysis of samples of drinking water and groundwater. The samples are taken at waterworks, selected locations, drilling units and pipeline networks. The samples must be transported to the analysis laboratory for analysis, performance processing and reporting to the authorities and the contracting entity.

In addition to statutory tests, there will be additional tests and a smaller number of urgent tests, urgent tests may occur outside normal working hours, as well as weekends and holidays. 

The estimated number of planned analyses per year is: 2,300

Wastewater sampling,  may be carried out by both the tenderer and the contracting entity.  All samples are transported to the analysis laboratory for analysis, performance processing and reporting to the authorities and the contracting entity. In some cases, a given quantity of samples will have to be delivered to the contractor's laboratory.
