The subject of the contract is the conclusion by TAURON Polska Energia S.A. of an agreement with one contractor for the granting of a bank guarantee at the request of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. in order to secure the liabilities of Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A. towards Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego resulting from the loan agreement of 8 March 2018, as amended, which bank guarantee is required in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Loan Agreement. Tauron Polska Energia S.A. ("Ordering Party") under the agreement concluded with the Contractor will order the issuance of a payment guarantee to secure the receivables of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, resulting from the Loan Agreement up to a maximum total amount of PLN 456,617,625.75 (in words: four hundred fifty six million six hundred seventeen thousand six hundred twenty five zlotys 75/100), for the period from 12.03.2023 to 11.03.2024, on the basis of which the Bank/Contractor will issue orders Guarantee.
