This contract is a public contract for project management relating to the redevelopment work of the station pole (infrastructure area).

Project management services relating to the redevelopment work of the station pole.

- architecture / town planning (agent), registered with the order of architects (or equivalent for candidates not established in France),

- landscape,

- technical design office all trades including VRD skills,

- sustainable development,

- urban programming, consultation / communication,

- OPC.

The candidate (single or group) is expected to have skills in terms of intermodal travel and interdependence between urban planning and mobility management. In fact, the needs for mobility and the way to move stem directly from the organization of space.
