Troms and Finnmark County (Norwegian: TFFK) wants to enter into a contract with providers who undertake the total responsibility for the design, establishment, ownership and operation of the broadband network with an experienced download speed of at least 30 Mbit/s which is made available for residential properties, private and public enterprises and any holiday homes in the relevant municipalities — see areas in the municipalities in Appendix 1 — Overview of the individual municipalities projects.

The municipalities subject to development are administered separately in the tender contest, and it is therefore set a side a maximum funding for each municipality. The overview of the financing is specified for each municipality in Appendix 1, Description of assignment.
