This contract consists in awarding the insurance cover of the municipal administration and the CPAS of the city of Chièvres for the year 2021, as well as the related services, which must be able to be provided throughout the duration of the contract.

According to article 42, §1, 2 ° of the law of 17.6.2016, the contracting authority may repeat the contract, in agreement with the successful tenderer, for a period of three years after the conclusion of the initial contract.
