The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the S/C gas network in Baczków, Proszówki, Bochnia commune. The project should be developed according to Technical Conditions No: PSGKR. ZMSZ.763.1111350.1.22 of 10.05.2022, issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie.

The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the S/C gas network in Baczków, Proszówki, Bochnia commune.

1. The Ordering Party entrusts, and the Contractor undertakes to carry out a construction and executive design for the reconstruction of the S/C gas network in Baczków, Proszówki, Bochnia commune and to exercise author's supervision, which together will constitute the subject of the Agreement (Subject of the Agreement).

2. The Contractor is obliged to read the "General Terms and Conditions of Contracts Executed for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o." of 28.03.2022. (GTC), available on the Ordering Party's website at www.psgaz.pl, in the tab: For the contractor / Downloads. The Contractor declares that he has read the GTC before the conclusion of the Agreement, does not raise any objections to them and accepts them in full. The Parties confirm that the GTC are an integral part of the Agreement. In the event of discrepancies between the provisions of the Agreement and the GTC or other annexes, the provisions of the Agreement shall prevail, subject to § 12 of the GTC.

3. The subject matter of the Agreement shall cover in particular:

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works:

a) reconstruction of the existing steel gas network S/C into gas network N/C PE dn 225, PE dn 90, PE dn 63, PE dn 25 with a total length of 6858m, hereinafter referred to as the Project,

2) obtaining all the required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, a final decision on the building permit,

3) execution of investor cost estimates,

4) exercise copyright supervision.

4. Technical data:

1) type of plant: Medium pressure gas network,

2) location: Baczków, Proszówki, Bochnia commune,

3) network length: 6858m, including: 5798m PE dn 225, 140m PE dn 90, 110m PE dn 63, 810m PE dn 25 – 39 pcs. connections (the given length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and may change in the event of a change in formal and legal and/or environmental conditions; The Contracting Authority allows an increase in the length of the gas pipeline by 1.5% as part of the Contractor's remuneration); whereby:

a) materiał: PE 100 RC SDR 17,6, PE 100 RC SDR 11,

b) diameter: dn 225, dn 90, dn 63, dn 25

(c) pressure: medium,

d) number of ZZU (gate valves with PE connectors): DN200 Steel – 9 pcs., DN80 Steel – 1 pc. Location indicated in the graphic annex attached to the tender documentation.

2. Detailed scope of work:

• Execution of construction, executive design and bill of quantities for the reconstruction of the S/C gas pipeline in Baczków, Proszówki, Bochnia commune. The project should be developed according to Technical Conditions No: PSGKR. ZMSZ.763.1111350.1.22 of 10.05.2022, issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie.

• Development of projects for the reconstruction of buildings interfering with the designed gas network (including, among others: roads, sidewalks) required by appropriate decisions and arrangements.

• Making the necessary arrangements (and/or obtaining decisions, resolutions) with utilities users, owners of land, real estate or competent public administration bodies.

• Agreement with the relevant services, institutions, location offices, conditions for land occupation, restoration, etc. and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions in this respect, if such are required for the implementation of the Agreement.

• If necessary, agree on the designed objects in the conservation zone or nature protection zone.

• Obtaining by the Contractor other decisions and arrangements, including at the coordination meeting, which are required by law and necessary to obtain the final building permit or notification of the commencement of works, to which the authority has not objected, in order to enable the implementation of the planned investment.

• Obtaining for and on behalf of the Ordering Party the final decision on the building permit or notification of the commencement of works, to which the authority has not objected.
