A Framework Agreement has been signed for ‘Teaching aids for Vestfold County and Telemark County’.

The Contracting Authority is the Telemark and Vestfold Counties.

Telemark County is the host county for the procurement co-operation VT Innkjøp, which is responsible for the implementation of the tender competition.

The Framework Agreement includes the delivery of teaching aids to sixth form colleges and other municipal educational activities. The Framework Agreement can also be entered by other municipal/county entities that have a need for materials for learning. The contract does not apply to the procurement of books for school libraries and other public libraries (separate contract).

The agreement includes book groups 1 and 8 in accordance with the Norwegian Publishers' Association book agreement.

The agreement is obligatory for the sixth form colleges. The total value of the contract is 15 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT per annum. The value must be considered as an estimate and is not binding.
