The award of a Commissioning Manager to provide resource to plan, schedule, manage, witness and record the building services testing and commissioning for the New Museum Project. The Commissioning Manager will serve as a key member of the Construction Delivery Team and works closely alongside the Construction Manager and the MEPH Trade Contractors to ensure that the commissioning process is delivered successfully and on time.

This Contract has been awarded in relation to providing commissioning management services in relation to the New Museum Project. These services involve the consultant working with the Construction Manager to arrange and provide for the commissioning of mechanical and electrical plant across West Smithfield. This new Trade Consultant Appointment incorporates all relevant services for the costs quoted. The procurement exercise was undertaken using a 'Restricted Procedure'.
