The public contract includes: - a share of foreseeable services concluded at a global and fixed price; - a share of non-programmable services concluded at unit prices. The share of foreseeable services corresponds to legionella analyses in domestic hot water samples scheduled throughout the year. The non-programmable service portion corresponds to legionella analyses in unscheduled domestic hot water withdrawals as well as samples and analyses of human drinking water and abduction wastewater. All the services that can be ordered are described in the Price Schedule (Bp) and the Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). The estimated quantities of the public contract are indicated in the Estimated Quantity Specification (DQE). These quantities have no contractual value. They are only used for the analysis of offers
