Work 1: tile work

Execution in 3 separate construction phases (preliminary measures, 1st renovation section, 2nd renovation section)

- approx. 650 m 2 Cement screed in wet rooms, mainly as a gradient screed m. Moisture sealing,

- approx. 450 m 2 Wall tiles in offices and adjoining rooms,

- approx. 1 800 m 2 Wall tiles in wet rooms, e.g. T with moisture seal,

- approx. 650 m 2 Floor tiles in wet rooms, mostly laid on a slope,

- Approx. 100 wall mirrors as crystal mirrors in different sizes.

Work 2: painting

Execution in 3 separate construction phases (preliminary measures, 1st renovation section, 2nd renovation section)

- approx. 500 m 2 Ceiling coating in technical areas,

- approx. 7,000 m 2 Coating of plaster ceilings or plaster ceilings, e.g. T. as edge strips (friezes) of reversible ceiling systems or in stairwells,

- approx. 1,000 m 2 Wall coating in technical areas,

- approx. 18,000 m 2 Wall coating made of glass fabric or painter's fleece with paint, e.g. T. in wet rooms or stairwells,

- approx. 600 m 2 Coating of doors or gates from sheet steel with corner or surrounding frames,

- Approx. 350 pieces of steel frame frames on the interior doors.

Trade 3: Flooring work

Execution in 3 separate construction phases (preliminary measures, 1st renovation section, 2nd renovation section)

- approx. 6,000 m 2 Filling of cement screed,

- approx. 6,000 m 2 Rubber flooring in different shades, e.g. T. with slip resistance R 10 or as a conductive covering,

- approx. 5 500 m skirting boards made of rubber flooring, mainly fillet skirting.
