This is a framework supply agreement concluded with an economic operator. The Framework Agreement does not set all the contractual stipulations, it will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement concerns the supply, transport, installation, adaptation and maintenance of modular buildings for all TDR13 sites.

the contract concerns all RTD13 services likely to have needs for removable modular structures. (offices, storage, changing rooms, toilets, storage containers ...) Finally, these contracts will also make it possible to provide emergency measures in the event of a disaster that has suddenly rendered the premises unfit for their intended purpose (flood, fire, etc.). As part of the service, the holder must carry out:- the prefabrication in the workshop of the preliminary modules,- the transport on site, the crane, the assembly of the modules and the supply - the installation work of the interior equipment (heating, air conditioning, wiring and electrical equipment, panel etc.) - the connections of modular buildings to the external networks made available (validity at 2m maximum),- the rental of modular and ready-to-use buildings for fixed periods,- any modifications to the interior layout,- the disconnection of the networks, as well as their neutralization, dismantling, craneing, folding and rehabilitation of the modular buildings- the return of the site to its original state. premises, the establishment of the building permit, the studies of the works of adaptation to the site (foundations, brought dry and wet networks, ramps and landings), will be entrusted to the holder of this framework agreement
