The provision of services relates to the provision of ICT professionals on a hiring basis to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Education Executive Agency (DUO), under which employees perform work or services for the aforementioned ministry / service without any employment contract is concluded between the employee and client for whatever reason.
