The contract is concluded at unit prices, and will be executed on the basis of the unit prices indicated in the Unit Price Schedule applied to the quantities actually executed. The details of the service are indicated in the CCTP and other technical documents for each of the lots. The consultation is launched according to the procedure of the open call for tenders, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 ° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
