Resumption of preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of non-business applications called "core". For this lot, the successful tenderer must provide the expertise required to cover all management tasks over the entire lifecycle (Design, Build, Implement, Operate, Decommission) in the form of a full managed service.

Resumption of maintenance of existing business applications (see article 9.4), as well as the development and management of new application projects. It includes all management tasks across the entire lifecycle (Design, Build, Implement, Operate, Decommission) in the form of a comprehensive managed service.

Provision of a secure technical hosting platform. It's also about managing all the underlying aspects of required infrastructure, connectivity, and service level commitment.
