The existing over 30 years old company restaurant for the staff meals at the Klinikum Augsburg needs renovation and requires basic reinvestment and repair measures.
The food supply system for employees is no longer up to date. The objective is a service-oriented, pioneering and legally compliant food supply concept for the staff of the Augsburg Hospital.
Modern food counters are provided, which at the same time allow the regeneration, the presentation and the food distribution as well as the cash register process.
The food offer consists mainly of fresh, partially prepared and finished products with special theme and counter offers. A salad and dessert buffet as well as "To Go products" are to round off the offer.
The guest area is modernly designed with various niches, so that this area can be used outside the core times as a meeting area. In the middle of the guest room is the coffee and water offer, which is also centrally available at events.
In total, up to 1100 main meals are served at peak times during the day. On average, approx. 850 employees attend the meal every day.
The refurbishment and modernization takes place on the existing area with approx. 1 500 m
For the duration of the rebuilding and refurbishment measures, staff meals will be outsourced.
