The subject of the order is the supply of anhydrous sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) with a minimum purity of 99.5% to IMN O / Legnica.

Quantitative and qualitative requirements: The contract includes delivery in the amount of 1,200 tons within 12 months of signing the contract. The Employer reserves the right to increase the amount by a maximum of 300 tons (i.e. to a quantity of 1 500 tons), resulting from the actual needs of the Employer, but this does not constitute grounds for claims on the part of the Contractor.

The Employer reserves the right to extend the Contract for another 3 months if the Contractor fails to complete the maximum number of deliveries (1 500 tonnes) during the term of the contract. The possible extension of the contract depends on the Employer's decision.

For technological reasons, the Employer specifies monthly deliveries at an average level of about 100 tons. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the monthly amount depending on current needs. The maximum monthly demand is 125 tons and the minimum is 25 tons
