Power consisting of:
LOT 1 Rental of event rooms (e.g. plenary hall with at least 700 seats, air-conditioned, exhibition room, demo area at least 450 sqm, lobby area, corridors for networking, 4 breakout rooms, room for back office, 3 rooms for preparation), free Wi-Fi use for participants and event technology of the plenary hall and the breakout rooms (sound system, microphone system, beamer, screen, speaking time system, technician), furniture (seating, lectern, bar tables), staff for event execution (event manager, attachment of branding and advertising material, cleaning, security personnel, fire safety guard, cloakroom staff, event technicians)
LOT 2 Catering during the event consisting of drinks and food, crockery, tablecloths, napkins, glasses, cups as well as beverage service, catering staff during snacks and coffee breaks, waste disposal, cleaning of dishes - location depends on surcharge LOT 1
LOTS 1 and 2 will only be awarded together.
LOT 3 Branding/booth construction: The location (depending on the surcharge of LOT 1) is to be decorated with 6G platform logos and advertising space for the period. You will need:
Printed lectern signs, guidance and information signs (data protection, signposting of rooms, toilets,
Wardrobes), printed background for stage, A0 pin boards
LOT 4 Evening event on 02.07.2024 (location depends on surcharge LOT 1) consisting of catering with food and non-alcoholic beverages, beer and sparkling wine
