The subject of the contract is a comprehensive post-accident repair of the 45WE-023 electric multiple unit in accordance with the technical documentation within the meaning of § 11 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 226, as amended), the Maintenance System Documentation, the Technical and Operational Documentation, as well as the relevant Polish Standards, including those taking into account the implementation of the relevant European Standards, Applicable Industry Standards and provisions of national and Community law applicable during the term of the contract, in particular the technical specifications for interoperability.
