Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved municipal institution according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to set up a Service Point Health (SPG) at two locations in the Bergstraße district.
The purpose of the SPS is to determine and assess physical, psychological
and psychiatric limitations and the assessment of the effects of the identified disorders on reasonableness, earning capacity and/or suitability for certain professions.
The Health Service Point is to be set up at 2 locations:
Lot 1: Heppenheim site
Lot 2: Viernheim site
At the Heppenheim site, citizen's allowance recipients from the catchment area of the JC Bergstraße and Ried are to be looked after, at the Viernheim site, citizen's allowance recipients from the care area of the JC Odenwald and JC Viernheim.

B.1.2 Participants
Employable beneficiaries and applicants who apply for or already receive benefits under the Second Social Code (SGB II) at Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter- and who, due to their health, psychological or physical situation,
• earning capacity is unclear,
• performance-related issues are unclear,
• professional aptitude is unclear,
• on the basis of existing assessments and assessments
a consultation regarding the assignment to health measures of Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter- is necessary.
The group of participants will be heterogeneous (no restrictions regarding gender, age, existing professional qualification, professional experience, placement barriers and migration).
B.1.3 Temporal scope
As a rule, the restrictions should be determined within an examination appointment, a clearing meeting or according to the files.
The service is to be provided in terms of time as follows:
Medical service:
Four examination appointments per week.
This results in a total of 208 examination appointments per term.
Occupational Psychology Service:
Six examination appointments per month.
This results in a total of 72 examination appointments per term.
Psychiatric Service:
12 examination appointments per month.
This results in a total of 144 examination appointments per term.
In addition, two telephone consultation hours per week are to be provided for inquiries from employees of the client. One hour for responses by the medical service and one hour by the occupational psychology service.
The establishment of the consultation hour must be coordinated with the client in advance of the implementation.
The timing of all dates must be agreed with the client in advance of the implementation within the framework of preparatory discussions.
In individual cases, home visits should be carried out for participants who are not mobile.
