Construction of a childrens' nursery with lunch at the Prinzregentenstraße in Rosenheim, TGA planning services (units 4-6 - ELT + FT), phases 1-9.

The commissioning takes place in stages and sections. There is no entitlement to (re-) commissioning.

The builder may plan the construction of two identical nursery schools. A KiTa building is to be realized at short notice in the Prinzregentenstraße in Rosenheim, the second building is to be optionally tackled in Westerndorf (at primary school) after completion of the KiTa at the Prinzregentenschule. The planning and construction work is carried out with very similar requirements, but at different times.

The city of Rosenheim is planning to build a new childcare center including lunch at the Prinzregentenstraße in Rosenheim. On the opposing sports field at the Prinzregentenschule a 2-storey new building without basement is to be built, which should accommodate not only the lunch catering for the school but also the nursery St. Vinzenz. Overall, the hoard can accommodate 75 children, who are housed in 3 Hortgruppen. For the realization of the project the existing tartan track and jump pit have to be moved.

The sports field is located in the area of a development plan, which sets common school and provides school playgrounds. In the course of the preliminary planning, it must therefore be examined whether an exemption can be issued under building law, or if the development plan is to be changed.

Estimated budget: approximately € 3.6 million gross.
