1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the receipt of municipal waste from inhabited properties and uninhabited properties located in the Municipality of Jeżów Sudecki, including:

1) collection and management of waste from containers issued by property owners;

2) reception and development of used batteries;

3) reception and development of expired and superfluous medicines;

4) organization and operation of mobile collection of large-sized waste originating

from households twice a year;

and their development in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract

Assignment:

“Reception and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Municipality of Jeżów Sudecki”

I. The subject of the contract shall include in particular:

1. Systematic reception of municipal waste accumulated in bags, containers

and containers, regardless of the prevailing weather conditions, directly from:

1) inhabited properties,

2) real estate where residents do not reside, and arise

municipal waste,

3) mixed-use property (in part where residents reside,

and in parts where residents do not reside and municipal waste is created),

4) real estate on which cottages are located or other

real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes,

5) allotment gardens,

6) cemeteries.

2. Securing (at the expense of the Contractor under the offer) bags for selective collection for the faction:

1) paper and cardboard - bags in blue,

2) white and colored glass - bags in green color,

3) metal and plastics - bags of yellow color,

4) Biodegradable waste - bags of brown color,

2a. The projected amount of bags per contract period:

1) PAPER bags 70,000 pcs ,

2) Glass bags 50,000 pcs ,

3) Metals & PLASTIC bags 150,000 pcs. ,

4) BIO bags 140,000 pcs ,

The projected quantity total 410,000 units. Contractor keeps records of issued bags

and specifies the issued quantity of individual fractions in the monthly Protocol of Service Execution.

3. The Contractor is obliged to transfer free of charge (within the price stated in the offer) to the owners of the property covered by the scheme, bags for selective collection of municipal waste, i.e. paper, glass, plastic/metal, bio, after receipt, by leaving at the entrance property or in a container for mixed municipal waste, new empty bags on the day of collection of selectively collected municipal waste in a quantity corresponding to the number of bags received, and the bags must meet the following parameters:

- Material: polyethylene film LDPE,

- colors: blue with the inscription “PAPER”, green with the inscription “GLASS”, yellow with the inscription “METALS AND PLASTICS”, brown — with the inscription BIO.

The bags must be equipped with a ribbon for tying.

4. The development of a schedule for the collection of waste (paper and electronic form) and a proposal for a route for exporting waste from the area of the municipality of Jeżów Sudecki requires obtaining the acceptance of the Ordering Authority within 3 days of signing the contract. The timetable should take into account the entire duration of the contract, i.e. from the signing of the contract until 30 June 2024 and be adjusted to the 2022 schedule in such a way that there are no interruptions longer than the established frequency of collection of waste. Schedule announcements should take into account the following periods:

- in 2022 from the signing of the contract — 31.12.2022,

- in 2023 from 01.01.2023 — 31.12.2023,

-in 2024 from 01.01.2024 -30.06.2024 r.

On the reverse side of the schedule, the Contractor shall post information about the waste collection system. The Contracting Authority shall provide the content of the information after signing the contract. The Contractor is obliged to provide the schedule to the owners of all properties. and to deliver (the number of 300 pieces) of the printed schedule in an abbreviated version to the Municipality Office Jezów Sudecki, for the purpose of distribution. In case of unforeseen circumstances, with the consent of the Contracting Authority, it is allowed to change the date of receipt of municipal waste
