The restoration of water retention in the area of former fish ponds in Kraśnicza Wola will consist of the construction, reconstruction of water equipment in the complex of ponds: Żuraw, Bąk, Rzekotka and Forgotten (former fish ponds) in Kraśnicza Wola and on the adjacent Treadway of Dopływie from Chyliczek and Proceeds from under the Mościsk, enabling the piling, capturing and consequently retention of spring waters in the above ponds.

The scope of the works shall, in particular, include:

• construction work

— Construction of water equipment B-2, B-4 (intake structures), B-5, B-7 (discharge structures) - 4 pcs,

— Reconstruction of water equipment B-1 (piling structure), B-3, B-9 (discharge structures), B-6 (intake structure), B-8 (metastatic structure) - 5 pcs,

— Construction of new sections of the causeway along the Dopływu z Chyliczek in length: 295 m on the right bank with an average height of 0.5 m and 177 m on the left bank with an average height of 0.4 m, protecting the valley of the above course (dikes with a crown width of 2 m and slope of slopes 1:2),

— Restoration of the primary state of the ponds and preparation of the canopy of ponds for water retention (local cleansing of vegetation, mainly in the area of hydrotechnical structures, and in the belt adjacent to the dike and making of so-called deeys),

— Restoration of the dike (recreation of the original shape - elevation and widening of the dike on the required sections) enabling piling in the joints on the ordinates:

Bąk Pond — 97.55 m above sea level, water mirror surface — 6.94 ha, capacity — 28,545 m3

Crane Pond - 97.50 m above sea level - 5.96 hectares, capacity —

21,858 m3

Rzekotka Pond - 97.50 m above sea level - 2.11 hectares capacity

13,446 m3

Forgotten Pond - 97.30 m above b.m. water mirror area — 3.50 ha capacity — 33,322 m3

— Removal of the trough of the Chyliczek Trip in a section of about 380 m without changing the geometry of the trough,

— Demulation of the drain ditch over a length of approximately 64 mb. without changing the geometry of the trough,

— Securing the causeway by mesh against burrow digging animals (e.g., European beaver)

— Obtaining all documents, arrangements, administrative decisions in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Permit Decision No 414/SAAB/2020 (Annex 2 to SWZ) authorising the use of the investment made.

• Natural surveillance in accordance with the Environmental Conditions Decision of 14.09.2018 OŚ.6220.25.2018.ŁK.11 (Annex No 2 to SWZ)
