The invitation to tenders includes the purchase of laundry services; including hiring and washing of clothes and textiles, transport to businesses and operation of internal warehouses and changing rooms.

The contracting authority can limit the contest to organisations or programmes that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into working life. This only applies when at least 30 percent of the employees in the organisation or the programme have a disability or are disadvantaged, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-9.

The objective of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for washing clothes and textiles, collecting dirty textiles and delivery of clean, as well as refilling warehouses and changing rooms - to ensure that companies have continuous access to workwear and textiles.
