The present invitation to tender concerns the establishment of Framework Agreements for the acquisition of various advisory services for the Contracting Entity.

The Ordering Entity needs ongoing assistance for the implementation of projects and for the operation and further development of the Client's locations, including recycling centres and landfills on Zealand.

The Contracting Entity has deemed it appropriate to enter into Framework Agreements divided into lots for the performance of minor and large consultancy tasks related to the Client's recycling centres and landfills. The contracting entity has chosen to tender the consultancy services in two specific lots in order to ensure the best possible advice within the consultant's specialty. In addition, a third, overall lot is offered for other consultancy tasks that are not necessarily covered by the two specific lots, but where the specific consultancy tasks for lots 1 and 2 are also covered by the lot.

The tasks related to gas will mainly be carried out at the landfill in Hedeland, but must also be able to be carried out at the other locations if needed.

The advisory tasks consist of the following (non-exhaustive list):

• Conducting gas calculations

• Consultancy related to design and establishment of permanent gas prevention system, including control and monitoring

• Advice related to gas injection system

• Calculations in relation to drilling work

• Preparation of reports, including annual reports for landfills

• Performing various environmental tests and analyses

• Drone measurement of sentence damage

• Annual audits

The tasks related to water and leachate will mainly be carried out at the landfills in Audebo and Hedeland, but it must also be possible to carry out at the other locations if needed.

The advisory tasks consist of the following (non-exhaustive list):

• Establishment of cells at ongoing landfills with upward groundwater pressure

• Water surveys, including carrying out water samples and water balance calculations

• Surface water analyses and groundwater analyses

• Advice on removal of phenoxyacids

• Preparation of reports for MST and ARGO

• Preparation of reports, including annual reports for landfills

• Performing various environmental tests and analyses

• Control and monitoring

• Annual audits

• Leachate tests, including leachate examination

• Inspection of pumping station and troubleshooting, including service of pumps

• Maintenance of SRO

The tasks will have to be performed at all Ordering Entity locations, including any future locations.

The advisory tasks consist of the following (non-exhaustive list):

• Advice in connection with the establishment and design of a new recycling centre

• Advice in relation to changes of recycling centres

• Handling of projects and communication with agencies, etc.

• Performing various environmental tests and analyses

• Preparation of reports, including annual reports for landfills

• Control and monitoring

• Calculation and reports regarding electricity consumption

• Annual audits
