The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority requests your binding offer for screening and wheel loader work for waste management treatment services for the period 1.2.2024 – 31.12.2026 and for a possible option period 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2027.

Details of the requirements for the service to be acquired are provided elsewhere in this call for tender and in the Annexes to this call for tender.

The tenderer must bid for all two groups (screening work and wind sieve screening work), the tenderer will be excluded if the tenderer bids for 1 group.

Service needs are estimates that are not binding on the subscriber.

The benchmark price is determined by the following criteria: price 70%, quality 30%.

MANDATORY to complete the attached annex (Liite_2_Excel_hinnat_ja_työkokemus), which also indicates additional prices for the difference between metals and stones (the difference between metals and stones does not affect the benchmark price).

This is a service purchase exceeding the EU threshold under the Procurement Act (1397/2016).
