The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) sought Tenders from

suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Framework Agreement for the

provision of Children and Families supported outreach services.

The service shall commence on 1st March 2024 and shall continue up to and including 29th

February 2028 (“the Contract Period”).

The Framework Agreement for the Provision of Supported Outreach Service will consist of

the following:

Lot 1: Contact: Such as family support, befriending, advice and assistance

Lot 2: Provision of support around family contact visits for children known to Redbridge

Children and Families Service.
