Domestic Gas Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance Contract

LBE sought solutions from suitably qualified and experienced

contractors to enter into a long-term partnering arrangement for the delivery

of Domestic Gas Heating servicing and maintenance.

The intention is to enter into a contract with the successful contractor for an

initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend to up to 5 years in single year

increments.

Lot 1 - North

LBE sought solutions from suitably qualified and experienced

contractors to enter into a long-term partnering arrangement for the delivery

of Domestic Gas Heating servicing and maintenance.

The intention is to enter into a contract with the successful contractor for an

The value of Lot 1 is £3.75m (excluding VAT).
