The subject of the contract concerns the maintenance and technical management of the HVAC facilities of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences. This market consists of 2 lots.
Pack 1:
Lot 1 consists of two parts.
- Part 1, preventive maintenance covers the maintenance and management of the RBINS hot water production, heating and air treatment facility.
- Part 2, corrective maintenance includes the hours in control for repairs of the hot water production, heating and air treatment facility of the RBINS.
Pack 2:
Lot 2 consists of two parts.
- Part 1, preventive maintenance covers the maintenance and management of the RBINS cooling system.
- Part 2, corrective maintenance includes the hours in control for the troubleshooting of the RBINS cooling installation.
