Project Financing for the concession of the executive design and execution of the expansion works of the urban cemetery of Monopoli, the cremation plant, the farewell building, the cloisters for resale and the appurtenant parking as well as the management of the cremation plant and all the cemetery and votive lighting activities and services, connected to economic recovery through the assignment in concession of cemetery artifacts for burial and lots for the construction of cemetery artifacts to citizens and to the Bodies or Communities that request it, both in the new area in expansion and in the existing cemetery, as well as through the economic management of the cremation plant, the farewell building, the kiosks for resale, cemetery services and votive lighting service relating to the entire cemetery including the existing part and the economic management of the parking lot in realizing itself.

The following activities are the subject of the contract, by way of example, but not limited to:

a) the preparation of the executive project - as indicated in the final project presented during the tender - including the safety coordination during the design phase, the expansion of the municipal cemetery, the cremation plant, the farewell building, the kiosks for resale and the appurtenant parking as well as the related urbanizations;

b) any analysis and / or activity connected and functional to the design, execution and management of the work;

c) the execution of the works in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the Executive Project;

d) the supervision of works, the safety coordination for the execution phase of the works, the stacking of the work, as well as the retrieval of all the authorizations relating to the realization;

e) the management of the work and the provision of services by the concessionaire for the entire duration of the concession in accordance with the provisions of section V of the CSA as well as the finding of all authorizations relating to the operation of the planned work such as, by way of example and not exhaustive: health opinions and authorizations, environmental authorizations, etc.;

f) ordinary maintenance and extraordinary maintenance of the entire cemetery facility, scheduled or otherwise necessary to ensure the functionality and availability of the infrastructure and its parts in relation to the life cycle and for the entire duration of the concession;

g) custody and surveillance service of the cemetery;

(h) administrative management of cemetery operations and concessions;

i) management of cemetery operations and related activities;

(j) essential funeral services;

k) management of the electric votive lighting service.

The following remain the responsibility of the Municipality, as they are not transferable by law:

(a) receipt of the death report;

(b) authorisation for funeral transport, burial, cremation and ash scattering;

c) any other activity that the current legislation assigns exclusively to the Municipality.
