SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY AND RELATED SERVICES FOR THE CONSUMPTION UNITS (DELIVERY POINTS) OF ATAC CIVITANOVA S.P.A UNIPERSONALE – PERIOD 01/11/2023 – 31/12/2024 (14 MONTHS)

The total value of the supply subject to this procedure, gross of any distribution charges, system charges, excise duties, and state taxes, is equal to EUR 3,192,000.00 plus VAT as required by law, calculated on the basis of an estimated consumption for the period of 14 months subject to supply equal to 11.2 GWh, of which:

• energy component amount subject to reduction 1,904,000.00 EUR

• unit price energy component subject to reduction 170.00 EUR/MWh for which 5 EUR/MWh corresponds to the spreads put out to tender

The procedure covered by this notice will be tailor-made.

The supply of renewable electricity must be entirely from renewable sources certified by guarantee of origin (GO)
