The Employer requires that the activities carried out during the implementation of the subject of the contract, performed by persons employed by the Contractor (Subcontractor) for remuneration based on an employment contract based on art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26.6.1976 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).
