The National Ombudsman (No) intends to conclude an Agreement with one Contractor for the supply, implementation and management of a case system / DMS. The No needs a party that offers it a SaaS solution for the business system and a DMS. This tender is divided into a Selection and Award phase. In the Selection Phase, a maximum of six candidates will be selected to submit a Tender in the Award Phase.

Based on the market consultation, the contract value is estimated at a maximum of EUR 600,000 (excl. VAT) over the term of the contract. The size mentioned above is only intended as an indication. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
