1. The subject of the contract is the extension of the NetApp AFF A400 array along with the technical support service and manufacturer's warranty. As part of the expansion, a disk shelf with 24 SAS disks with a capacity of at least 3.8TB SSD will be purchased for the array owned by the Ordering Party.

2. The subject of the contract will be financed under the project entitled Development of the e-services platform of the Office of Electronic Communications no. POPC.02.02.00-00-0045 / 22-00 co-financed from EU funds under Measure 2.2 Digitization of back-office processes in government administration, priority axis No. 2 E-administration and open government in the Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020.

3. Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract are not granted to it.
