The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works related to the production of material planting, side forest utilization and seed production to be carried out in the Śnieżka Forest District in 2020.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works related to the production of planting material, accidental forest use and seed production to be carried out in the Śnieżka Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract and a description of the works is set out in Annex 3 to the ToR. The material ranges listed in Annex 3 to the ToR are estimates.
