The property is a state-owned property that is used by the Client himself. The authority headquarters is a 7-storey office and laboratory building. The laboratory area is located on the ground floor, 1st floor and partly on the 2nd floor. The offices are located on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor and 7th floor. The property at Göschwitzer Str. 41 accommodates about 250 employees. An average of 150 visitors/month can be expected.

The User's reception desk is open all year round from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays and not on 24/12 and 31/12).
