This public procurement involves the acquisition of telecommunications products and services to meet the needs of CAVF for communications between its various sites and the public network. The CAVF is looking for suppliers that will enable it to achieve among others the following 3 objectives:

- a high quality of service?

- control of telecommunications expenses,

- a guarantee of economic sustainability and financial soundness.

Provision of access to the public network: - analog access - access for 2 to 12 simultaneous calls ("basic access, T0" type). Routing of telephone traffic for access. Objects of lot 1:

- from all sources,

- outgoing to local, national, mobile and international,

- outgoing to special numbers and emergency numbers.

The framework agreement includes:

- site interconnection services,

- internet access services,

- the fixed telephony of the Community Hotel and the Environmental Technical Center (ETC).
