The contract to be tendered is for the contracting of insurance policies covering the risks defined below:i. Material damage.ii. Civil Liability Insuranceiii. Environmental Liability Insurance and Civil Liability for Pollution.iv. Civil Liability Insurance. Works PRTR Phase I and Phase II.v. Environmental Liability Insurance and Civil Liability for Pollution. PRTR Works Phase I and Phase II.

Policy that covers material losses and damages that affect the facilities and goods included (i) in the modernization and consolidation works of irrigation owned by SEIASA or that, although not owned by it, are part of the modernization and consolidation projects of irrigation promoted by SEIASA (ii) in the modernization and consolidation works of irrigation executed within the framework of the PRTR Phase I and Phase II, during the time that elapses between the reception of the works and the delivery of the same to the Communities of Water Users.

Policy that covers (i) the civil liability of SEIASA derived from its activity, based on the Agreements signed or to be signed with the MAPA and the Irrigation Communities of which SEIASA is the owner of the works, both during the execution and during the exploitation, in accordance with its corporate purpose and in the terms and conditions specified in the Specifications and in the PPT, (ii) activity of SEIASA within the framework of the PRTR Phase I and Phase II, exclusively on actions initiated until 00:00 hours on December 31, 2023, and until the delivery of the actions to the Communities of Water Users, (iii) the civil liability of the Irrigation Communities ("CCRR") that have signed an agreement with SEIASA, which regulates the partial management of the exploitation of the works owned by SEIASA, solely and exclusively with respect to the responsibilities attributable to the management and operation of the infrastructures owned by SEIASA. Likewise, the policy must cover the civil liability of CCRR owners of works, which, although they have not been promoted by SEIASA, nor are they their ownership, are part of the irrigation modernization and consolidation projects promoted by SEIASA (at this point the works that are part of Phase I and Phase II of the PRTR are not included).

Policy that covers (i) the environmental liability and civil liability for pollution of SEIASA derived from its activity, based on the Agreements signed or to be signed with MAPA and the Irrigation Communities of which SEIASA is the owner of the works, both during execution and during operation, in accordance with its corporate purpose and under the terms and conditions specified in the Specifications and in the PPT, (ii) activity of SEIASA within the framework of the PRTR Phase I and Phase II, exclusively on actions initiated until 00:00 hours on December 31, 2023, and until the delivery of the actions to the Communities of Water Users, (iii) the environmental liability and civil liability for pollution of the Irrigation Communities ("CCRR") that have signed an agreement with SEIASA, which regulates the partial management of the exploitation of the works owned by SEIASA, solely and exclusively, with respect to the responsibilities attributable to the management and exploitation of the infrastructures owned by SEIASA. Likewise, the policy must cover the environmental liability and civil liability for pollution of CCRR owners of works, which, although they have not been promoted by SEIASA, nor are they their ownership, are part of the irrigation modernization and consolidation projects promoted by SEIASA (at this point the works that are part of Phase I and Phase II of the PRTR are not included).

Policy that covers the civil liability of SEIASA derived from its activity within the framework of the PRTR Phase I and Phase II, exclusively on actions initiated from 00:00 hours on December 31, 2023, and until the delivery of the actions to the Water User Communities.

Policy that covers the environmental liability and civil liability for pollution of SEIASA derived from its activity within the framework of the PRTR Phase I and Phase II, exclusively on actions initiated from 00:00 hours on December 31, 2023, and until the delivery of the actions to the Water User Communities.
