The object of the contract, after acquisition of the final project at the time of the offer, is the executive design (including the drafting of the safety plan and coordination pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 and subsequent amendments) and the execution of the works (so-called integrated contract) relating to the construction of the work called New swimming center Ghiaie sports area – p.ed. 1529/1 (now 1529/25) C.C. Trento (in accordance with CAM) – Opera 6211.

The assignment takes place through an open telematic procedure pursuant to art. 30 bis and art. 30 paragraph 5 ter lett. c) of L.P. n. 26/1993 and subsequent amendments with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality / price ratio, pursuant to Articles. 16 and 17 of L.P. n. 2/2016 and s.m. with evaluation of anomalous offers pursuant to art. 58.29 of L.P. n. 26/1993 and s.m.

Total amount based on the tender of € 9,977,440.96 divided as follows:

a) total amount of works € 9,407,159.78 including security charges;

b1) total amount of final design euro 300,193.66

b2) total amount of executive design euro 270,087.52
