The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of an evacuation simulator from a sunken helicopter cabin (HUET) for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin as part of the long-term program entitled Construction of the Polish Maritime Rescue Training Center in Szczecin

A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:

- description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1a and Annex No. 1b (drawing specifying the method of foundation of the crane) to the SWZ,

- the proposed provisions of the contract set out in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.

All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
