TraveNetz GmbH is looking for a framework contract partner to support the line documentation and plan information for electricity, gas, water and optionally broadband.
This phase of the call for tenders is the participation competition. Further requirements will be made available to the pre-qualified bidders in the subsequent bidding phase.
Documentation of gas, water and electricity line construction measures and implementation of line informationFor the documentation, a geographic information system based on the product Geonis from VertiGIS and ArcGis from ESRI is used. Technical objects are also entered in SAP PM.
The Lovion Maps software is used by its for line information.
The activities are carried out via the systems of TraveNetz GmbH. Citrix access including software licenses is provided for employees to perform the tasks. The supply area includes the Hanseatic city of Lübeck for water and district heating and the Hanseatic city of Lübeck for gas and electricity with peripheral municipalities from Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
For the gas, water and electricity divisions, the pipeline objects must be continued in accordance with the rules and regulations of Trave-Netz GmbH. The continuation includes per year:
- ca. 1200 Baustellenvorbehalte
- approx. 1200 buildings from the site plan
- approx. 800 explosive ordnance clearance service requests (SHP generation)
- approx. 2600 house connection continuations incl. d3 archiving in the gas, water and electricity sectors
- ca. 500 Ladesäulen / Einspeiser
- ca. 120 Kabelfehler
- ca. 80 Kabelverteilerschrankfortführungen
The number of plan information for occasional users is about 1300 pieces per year.

Optional: Documentation of FTTx line construction measuresStadtwerke Lübeck is investing in broadband expansion in the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. For this purpose, the line documentation of the FTTx division in the systems of TraveNetz must be supported.
