The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of a whole mass of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from all properties inhabited from the Nowy Żmigród Commune, real estate owned by the Nowy Żmigród Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The subject of the contract is the collection of a whole mass of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from the owners of real estate residing in the Nowy Żmigród Commune, from properties owned by the Nowy Żmigród Commune and the collection of waste from the selective collection point of municipal waste, which is located in Nowy Żmigród, Jasielska 25/4 Street, transport and management of the collected waste, i.e. recovery or disposal, in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced,
