The purpose of the consultation is to carry out asbestos and lead diagnostics before demolition of sites located on the perimeter of the construction of the Seine Nord Europe Canal. This intervention includes asbestos removal and demolition work, waste management, treatment of concentrated sources of pollution (floating on groundwater, soil impregnated with products, pure products, etc.) generally limited to limited areas and the installation of devices prohibiting access to sites (fences, riprap, etc.)
