Supply of electricity for LV sites from 3 to 36 kVA for the group of orders whose coordinator is the City of Chalon-sur-Saône. The consultation concerns a multi-beneficiary framework agreement signed in application of articles R. 2162-1 to 6 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum both in value and quantity, in accordance with article R. 2162-4 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement will give rise to the conclusion of one or more subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Chalon-sur-Saône public procurement code.

This framework agreement concerns: the supply of active electrical energy with transmission as well as the balancing responsibility, the capacity mechanism, the EWCs, with the associated services for various delivery points allotted to the group of electricity orders. As an indication and not contractual, this lot concerns approximately 410 sites.
