The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, and tourist management, by-use of the forest, seeds, hunting, nursery, meadow and agricultural management, trees to be made in the Olecko Forest District in 2023

Package I – forestry: Doliwy, Wronki

Material scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seeds, trees, to be carried out in the area of the Olecko Forest District, forestry: Doliwy, Wronki.

2) The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting as well as tourist management, forest side use, seeds, tree planting resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference for package I, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Attachment No. 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for renewal with the help of a planter;

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.

Package II – forestry: Zajdy, Gąski

Material scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seeds, trees, to be carried out in the area of the Olecko Forest District, forestry: Zajdy, Gąski.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting as well as tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seeds, trees resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference for Package II, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting as well as tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seeds, tree planting resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference for Package IV, which consists of:

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting as well as tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seeds, trees resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference for Package V, which consists of:

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seeds, trees, to be carried out in the area of the Olecko Forest District, Kowalki Forest Range.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting as well as tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seeds, tree planting resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference for Package VIII, which consists of:

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology";

Appendix 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry works execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok adopted by Decision No. 60/2023 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok of October 20, 2023 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Standard of Forest Works Execution Technology.

The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.
